These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phh22 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. By registering a phh22 account or using any phh22 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before playing.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phh22 ("phh22," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phh22.app and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimized interfaces.
1.2 By completing the phh22 account registration process, accessing the platform, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 phh22 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms are effective as of the date of your account registration and remain in force until your account is closed or terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
2.1 To register and maintain a phh22 account, you must: (a) be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (b) be a natural person legally residing in or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful; (c) not be employed by phh22 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software vendors.
2.2 phh22 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phh22 will verify age through PAGCOR-mandated Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law.
2.3 You warrant that you are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, nor using any technical means (including VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services) to circumvent geographic restrictions. phh22 reserves the right to void any wagers placed and confiscate any associated winnings derived from prohibited jurisdictions.
2.4 Self-excluded players. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from phh22 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, you are not permitted to register or attempt to access phh22 during your self-exclusion period. Any accounts identified as belonging to self-excluded individuals will be closed and balances handled per PAGCOR guidelines.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered phh22 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether directly or through nominees, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any additional information requested during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. phh22 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phh22 login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. You must notify phh22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phh22 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Closure. phh22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against phh22; (e) failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phh22 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). phh22 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Player Funds. All funds deposited into your phh22 account are held in a designated player fund account, segregated from phh22's operational capital, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. These funds are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) and are not interest-bearing.
4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement clearance on bonus funds, and anti-money laundering (AML) review. phh22 processes GCash withdrawals instantly subject to GCash system availability. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. phh22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
4.4 Responsible Use of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money deposited is not proceeds of criminal activity and that you are not engaging in money laundering. phh22 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on phh22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at time of deposit. phh22 bears no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates.
5.1 phh22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits. These specific terms are stated in the applicable promotional communication and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
5.2 phh22 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where: (a) the bonus has been claimed in violation of the promotion's terms; (b) phh22 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion; (c) a technical error resulted in an incorrect bonus being credited.
5.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or deliberate low-risk wagering to meet rollover conditions, is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
6.1 All games available on phh22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game title are available in the game information section and represent theoretical long-term statistical outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a malfunction, error, or technical fault in any game — including but not limited to incorrect display of game outcome, disconnection, or software error — phh22 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the wager(s) placed for those round(s). Any apparent win resulting from a technical malfunction will not be honoured.
6.3 You acknowledge that: (a) the outcome of all games is determined by chance; (b) no betting system guarantees winnings; (c) past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes; (d) phh22 cannot guarantee winnings or the absence of losses.
6.4 phh22's live dealer games, sports betting markets, and sabong events are subject to separate specific game rules published within the respective game lobby or sports section. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

9.1 All content on the phh22 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of phh22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phh22 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phh22 platform without prior written consent from phh22.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phh22's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 phh22 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; (d) damages arising from technical failure, internet disruption, or third-party system outages; (e) gambling losses.
10.3 The phh22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phh22 endeavours to maintain platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11.1 phh22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
11.2 By registering a phh22 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities as required by law and our regulatory obligations.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phh22 platform shall first be submitted to phh22's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phh22 Support at [email protected].
12.2 phh22 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory body, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
13.1 phh22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect your rights or obligations, phh22 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of these Terms, as displayed on this page with the date of last update, supersedes all prior versions. Your continued use of the phh22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
